Justine Duong

Justine joined PFS in January of 2022. Justine has always had a deep passion for community service and contributing time and resources to non-profit organizations. Justine was drawn to the strong company culture and values at PFS. As the firm’s first dedicated HR representative, Justine supports PFS’s ongoing growth and development .  

Prior to joining PFS, Justine spent 24 years in the airline industry in management and human resources capacities. She was extensively involved in recruitment & onboarding, managing employee relations, development & benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws & regulations. Justine obtained Human Resources Management Certificates from UC Irvine and Loyola Marymount.

Justine originally hails from England but spent most of her upbringing in several different countries. She has proudly called the Bay Area home since 1994 but still loves to travel extensively and experience new cultures. Justine is a nature lover and enjoys hiking & camping with her husband and two teenage daughters. She also loves to spoil her snow white, Scottish Fold kitten, Denali!
